It is concluded that most of the patients with AVNRT reach endpoint tyPe A after slow pathway ablation,have lmprovement of AV conduction in these patients and the recurrence rate of AVNRT may be much lower in type A than in type B and C.

• 结果揭示AVNRT慢径消融中大多数病人可达到A型终点，且彻底阻断慢径后房室传导功能明显改善，AVNRT的近期和远期复发率明显低于B到和C型终点。
