Infection occurred in 1 case at 3 months postoperatively,the prosthesis was dislodged,antibiotic-impregnated cement was filled with knee joint,two-stage arthroplasty was expected.

• 1例患者术后3个月出现迟发感染,再次手术取出假体,应用抗生素骨水泥间隔行膝关节旷置待二期置换。
