In this study, we present a case of double inferior venae cavae found among 252 Taiwanese cadavers that were dissected in the gross anatomy laboratory of Kaohsiung Medical College from 1978 to 1996.

• 摘要高雄医学院解剖学科今（85）年6月间大体解剖学实验时，发现一例男性重复下腔静脉的人体，这是从67年至85年之间，252解剖案例所发现的第一例此种异常。
