In this paper,regarding Baosteel 1550CAL planishing mill as an example,a mathematical model for analyzing shape control of VC roll is built by combining theoretical derivation with field actual case.

• 文章以宝钢1550CAL平整机为例,通过理论推导与现场实际相结合,建立了一套分析VC轧机板形控制的数学模型,并采用现场实测资料,模拟出在不同弯辊力和VC辊内部油压的作用下轧制时带材的前张力横向分布情况。
