In this paper, we studied the efficacy of ofloxacin by MIC and animal model of acute otitis media.

• 通过对氧氟沙星滴耳液和氯霉素滴耳液体内外药效学的研究，结果表明：氧氟沙星滴耳液在体外抗菌效果明显优于氯霉素滴耳液，其各菌的mic（白色葡萄球菌外）较氯霉素低。
