In this paper, we mainly introduce a point of view of random fields, and a monoclinic phase found at near quasi - isotypic phase boundary in Pb(Zn1/3Nb2/3) O3 - PTiO3(PZN - PT) and Pb(Mg1/3Nb2/3)O3 - PbTiO3(PMN - PT) system.
