In this paper, we have found a high-cellulose-producing strain UV17 form Acetobacter xylinum by ultraviolet radiation and optimized the fermentation conditions for cellulose production by this strain.

• 从大规模生产的观点来看，筛选一株纤维素高产菌株并找到最佳的发酵培养条件，来提高纤维素的产量同时降低生产过程的成本是非常必要的。
