In this paper, the effects of Y~(3+) in drinking water on antioxidant system and gene expression in liver of rat to provide more informations on evaluation of chronic toxicity and formulation of new Acceptable Daily Intake of REs.

• 本文以稀土的日允许摄入量为依据，通过低剂量摄入稀土Y~(3+)对大鼠肝脏抗氧化系统的影响及其机制的探讨、对大鼠外周血淋巴细胞DNA的损伤作用的研究等，为稀土的安全评估和制定新的稀土的日允许摄入量提供依据。
