In this paper, the HCPT glucose derivative with the same lactones structure was synthesized at the first time through bromization of 5 acetyl glucose, glucosidation with HCPT and deacetylation.

• 本论文以五乙酰葡萄糖经溴化后与HCPT糖苷化反应，再经脱乙酰基保护后，首次合成出了内酯结构不变的HCPT葡萄糖衍生物。
