In this paper, a grey identification method for Cobb Douglas Production Function Model Parameters is proposed by using GM(0,h+1) model method and improved genetic algorithm. Meanwhile, a Grey Cobb Dougls Production Function Model is built.

• 运用GM（0，h＋1）模型方法，同时应用改进的遗传算法，提出了基于遗传算法的Cobb－Douglas生产函数模型参数的灰色辨识方法，并建立了Grey－Cobb－Douglas生产函数模型。
