In this paper ,we give the explicit solution to the matrix equation AX+XB=C,what is more ,we obtain more simple explicit solution when between A and B satisfy some condition .

• 本文首先利用矩阵分解的方法给出了一般情形下矩阵方程相容时的显式解，然后，根据矩阵A与B的特征值之间的一些特殊关系，进一步获得了更简洁的显式解。
