In this article,as an example with HA-A -buffer solution,general density,constituent ration and effect of buffer with acid and alki of buffer solution were discussed.

• 本文以HA-A-缓冲体系为例,从理论上探讨了总浓度、组分比及外加酸碱浓度对缓冲溶液缓冲能力的影响。缓冲溶液的总浓度越长,组分比越接近1,外加酸碱浓度越接近特征浓度,缓冲容量越大。
