In the present study, the AZ91 magnesium alloy strip chip is prepared by twin-roll rapid solidification technique, it is find that the microstructure is fine; the average microhardness is higher than that of the traditional cast alloy.

• 本研究利用雾化技术将液流破碎成细小液滴,用双辊熔体旋铸法制备了AZ91镁合金薄带碎片,其微观组织细小,平均显微硬度比铸态的有很大提高。
