In CDT group,thrombosis was treated with catheter-directed recombinant Streptokinase(r-sk) infusion(8ml/h,15000u/kg on 50ml 5%GS). Blood was obtained to assay PT, Fbg every hour,the progress of thrombolysis was determined by DSA.

• CDT组经股静脉插入多个侧孔的溶栓导管，经导管用微泵以8ml/h的速度滴入重组链激酶(Recombinant Streptokinase, r-sk)(15000u/kg，溶于5%25的GS 50ml)每小时取血测定PT、Fbg，并造影观察溶栓进展。
