In 19 patients without diagnosis, if AFA is positive, there is great possibility to develop into RA (13/19).

• 对于早期未确诊关节炎患者,若检测AFA 阳性,则其进一步发展为RA 的可能性很大(13/19),AFA 对早期RA 诊断有很好的预测性。
