If, according to the regulations, the Unit is obligated to pay economic compensation to laborers before the implementation of this law, the regulation at that time shall prevail.

• 本法施行前按照当时有关规定,用人单位应当向劳动者支付经济补偿的,按照当时有关规定执行。
