If the mortgagor is dead or is declared dead or missing according to law, the legal heritor or managing agent of his/her real estate shall continue the performance of the original contract.

• 抵押人死亡、依法被宣告死亡或者被宣告失踪时，其房地产合法继承人或者代管人应当继续履行原抵押合同。
