If Party B discovered the products quality far from samples before on receving,Party A should compensate all the losses related and replace the inferior items appointed by Party B based on inspection!

• 乙方在收货时发现甲方所供产品质量与甲方提供样品质量有较大差异，查实后甲方负担一切损失并尽快补齐乙方所定产品。
