Here we select c-kit and c-myc to study the role of proto-oncoogene during gametogenesis in cricket, Tekeigryllus emma (Ohmachi & Matsuura) by immunocytochemistry. The results demonstrate that c-kit and c-myc are expressed in the gametogenesis.
