From the enterprise itself, this paper appraise some related factors before the practice of ERP by fuzzy synthetically estimate, and get the extent of applicability in ERP practice.

• 摘要国内企业ERP实施正在如火如荼地展开，但其实施的成功率并不高。从企业本身的角度出发，利用模糊综合评价方法，对企业实施ERP前的各相关因素进行了评价，得出企业应用ERP的适用度。
