For that Equipment for which operation is started before the date of the Final Acceptance Certificate, the guarantee period of 12(twelve) months shall commence from the date of operation and that part of the Equipment shall be deemed as accepted.

• 如果在验收合格证没有下来之前运行设备的话，那么就默认为已经接受该设备了，并自机器运行之日起开始计算保修期（12个月）。
