Experimental results showed that the number of CD4 + cells increased with decreased CD4 +/CD8 + ratio. The production of AchR antibody decreased and EMG improved after application of the supernatants.

• 结果显示 ,经两种培养上清治疗后 ,EAMG小鼠血中AchRAb水平明显下降 ,CD8+ 细胞数量显著增多 ,CD4+ /CD8+ 比值明显降低 ,且小鼠肌电图也明显改善。
