Experiment group are divided into MPA group, chemotherapeutics group and combine group we select Gamzar as chemotherapeutics, put cell into different factors, after several hours detect apoptosis rate ,observe morphologic change of apoptosis cell.

• 试验组分为空白组,甲孕酮组,化疗药物组和联用甲孕酮组(5umol/L和10umol/L),其中化疗药物选择健泽(30umol/L),经过与化疗药物4小时、6小时和8小时作用以后,用TUNEL法检测细胞凋亡率,观察凋亡细胞的形态学变化。
