Er~(3+)/Tm~(3+)/yb~(3+)-codoped new oxyhalide tellurite glass was prepared in this paper,thermal stability,Raman spectrum and upconversion luminescence of Er~(3+)/Tm~(3+)/Yb~(3+)-codoped oxyhalide tellurite glass were studied.
