• 结论:结直肠腺癌中原癌基因C-erb B-2和bcl-2蛋白的过表达,抑癌基因nm23和bcl-2的表达缺失共同参与了肿瘤的发生,发展,浸润,转移,联合检测上述标志物有一定的临床意义。
