DPB is an idiopathic inflammatory disease that is not uncommon.It is characterized by chronic cough with purulent sputum and exertional dyspnea and accompanied history of chronic paranasal sinusitis.

• 患者常有慢性咳嗽、咳痰及活动时呼吸困难,影像学可见两肺弥漫性分布的小叶中心型结节阴影,常合并有慢性鼻窦炎。
