Correlation analysis among six metrics and four chemical factors,TN,TP,I Mn and COD Cr showed that between BI and TP,(Mollusca+Crustacea)% and TP had high correlation efficiency(r=0.928 and r=-0.985) respecitively.

• 6个指数与理化指标总氮 (TN)、总磷 (TP)、高锰酸盐指数 (IMn)、化学需氧量 (CODCr)间的Spearman相关性分析表明 ,TP和BI以及TP和 (甲壳动物 +软体动物 ) %25之间均有很高的相关性 (r =0 92 8和r=- 0 985 )。
