Content changes of IAA,GA,ABA and ZR were determined with enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) method in roots,leaves and buds of Jinhuatai cytoplasmic male sterile(CMS) radish 75A and its maintainer 75B during different development stages.
