Conclusions:This results showed that medium of MEM and 1640 containing 20%fetal bovine serum were benifit for the culture of primary embryo fibroblast cell and kidney cell.

• 结论：经改进后的对人胚肺细胞和人胚肾细胞的原代培养，用含20%25的小牛血清的MEM和1640的培养液对细胞的生长极为有利。
