Conclusion: The utilization of PMIF for reconstration of intraoral defect showed a highly survival rate, less surgical trauma and to be a good flap for intraoral reconstraction.

• 结论：该肌皮瓣可以克服单纯颈阔肌皮瓣的应用局限性，成活率高；既减小手术创面，又达到修复的目的，是一种整复口腔肿瘤术后组织缺损的理想皮瓣。
