Conclusion Simple debriment, antibiotics, and one or two stage revision can be done after infection of TKA.Two stage revision has a better result for re-replacement.

• 结论：对人工全膝关节置换术后感染，可行单纯清创，抗感染治疗或清创后一期或二期再置换术等治疗，再置换以二期置换效果较好。
