Conclusion Primary benign tumors of trachea and bronchus were infrequent and clinical symptoms were dormant and characterless.More attention should be paid to for avoiding misdiagnosis.

• 结论 原发性气管支气管良性肿瘤罕见，临床症状隐匿而无特异性，应提高警惕，以免误诊。
