Colorimetric method was used to measure the activities of aspartate transaminase (AST), alanine transaminase (ALT), superoxide dismutase (SOD), succinate dehydrogenase (SDH) and glutathione perioxidase (GSH-PX), and the content of malondialdehyde (MDA).
