Clonal Genetic Simulated Annealing Algorithm(CGSA),which combines CGA(Clonal Genetic Algorithm) and SA(Simulated Annealing Algorithm),and puts the Metropolis sample rule of the SA into the CGA,is proposed for distribution network reconfiguration.
