Choosing KAP gene as candidate gene,the genetic relationship between KAP gene and economic traits(cashmere yield,weight and cashmere fineness) of 60 Inner Mongolia Cashmere goats were analyzed by PCR-SSCP method,using GLM procedure of SPSS software.

• 以60只内蒙古绒山羊为研究对象,利用PCR-SSCP技术,选取KAP基因作为候选基因,并利用SPSS软件下的GLM程序分析了KAP基因与产绒量性状、体重性状和绒细度性状的关系。
