Changes in left renal coefficient(LRC),leukocyte count,the scores of tubules and its ultrastructure were observed. The contents of interleukin 1(IL 1),interleukin 8(IL 8),interleukin 6(IL 6) of renal tissue were measured.

• 在上述各时相点取左肾称重求出左肾系数 (LRC) ,并分别采用放射免疫分析法 (RIA)和双抗体夹心ELISA ABC法检测肾组织白细胞介素 1、白细胞介素 8(IL 8)及白细胞介素 6 (IL 6 )的含量 ,同时在光镜下对肾小管损伤程度进行评分 ,并计数肾微血管床的白细胞滞留数。
