Cement mortar was modified with soap- free emulsion VAC(vinylac et ic acid)/DMC(methacyloy loxyethyl trimethylammohium chloride)/VHE(vinyl- 4- hy drobutyl- ether)copolymerization. The effect of VAC/DMC/VHE on the strength of cement mortar was studied.
