By using germline transformation together with GAL4 UAS system, we studied the possibility of expressing and functionally characterization of human genes in Drosophila. Fifty four transgenic fly lines corresponding to 10 human genes have been established.

• 利用转基因果蝇和GAL4 UAS系统初步鉴定功能基因 ,建立了源于 10个不同人类基因的共 5 4个转基因果蝇品系 ,然后用 6种不同的GAL4诱导这些转基因在果蝇中过量表达。
