Blood was drawn before and after treatment for determinations of immunoglobulin G, A and M (IgG, IgA, IgM) and T cell subgroup, meanwhile cardiac index was calculate, and left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) was detected with Doppler ultrasound.

• 两组治疗前后均采血测定IgG,IgA,IgM和T细胞亚群,同时计算心功能指数,采用多普勒超声测定左室射血分数。
