Based on the data, this paper showed that if selected suitable surface modifier and convenient process engineering, nano-CaCO3 could add into ABS resin and improve the mechanics property and thermal distorsiontemperature of ABS.

• 本文通过实验数据说明,只要选择适当的表面改性剂,加上合理的工艺路线,纳米碳酸钙完全可以应用到ABS树脂中去,并能提高ABS树脂的力学性能,如冲击强度、拉伸强度、表面硬度、弯曲强度等,以及热性能如热变形温度。
