Based on the assumption of logarithmic velocity distribution within turbulent boundary layer and the aplication of energy equilibrium theory, formulas for Hydraulic parameters are obtained in this paper.

• 在紊流边界层内，流速为对数分布假定的基础上，本文利用水流能量平衡方程计算紊流边界层沿流程发展的厚度从而推导出溢流面一些水流参数的计算公式。
