B-scan ultrasonography may be useful supplementary diagnostic method for wet-form AMD with opacity of refractive media, especially in some cases with potential posterior changes before cataract surgery.

• B型超声检查湿性AMD患者中的共有影像特征:后极部视网膜粗糙、增厚或出现视网膜下间隙,可在屈光间质混浊的患者中作为诊断湿性AMD的辅助性依据,尤其存怀疑具有视网膜后极部病变的白内障患者的术前检查中更有一定的意义。
