At the begin of this project, there were 9 tile-roofed houses, 100 sheep at most and 10 sheep at least in sheep-kept families, 20 warm sheep-holders and with 1,500RMB average per capital net income.

• 项目实施初期2006年底，全村有瓦房9户，家庭羊只最多的有100多只，最少的10多只，有羊暖棚20座，人均纯收入1500元，收入以养羊业和打工为主。
