At 6h after sugery, the neurologic score of each rat was evaluated with blind method, then rats were decapitated and the volume ofinfarct cerebral/volume of whole brain(IV%) was calculated with staining of 2,3,5-triphenyltetra-zolium chloride(TTC).

• 术后6h进行神经功能评分，然后断头取脑冠状切片进行2,3,5三苯基四氮唑（TTC）染色，计算脑梗死体积百分比（IV%25）。
