Aorta segments(A) and mesenteric arteries (MA) from stroke prone spontaneously hypertensive rats (SHRsp) and control Wistar Kyoto rats (WKY) were used in the present study to assess the effect of AHF on Ca2+ influx in vascular smooth muscle (VSM).
