Any party shall not reveal any business secret concerning about this agreement to other persons. Otherwise, delinquent party shall bear all the economic loss of the other parties.

• 凡涉及本协议项下的任何商业秘密,任何一方不得以任何方式向甲乙丙丁四方以外的其他方泄露,否则由违约方赔偿给守约方造成的经济损失。
