Analyses and simulation results show that the algorithm improves performance better than wiener filter for the still image and CCD video image,especially,the PSNR being improved remarkably.

• 利用图像小波系数空间相关性可以有效去除图像噪声的特点,将小波局部阈值放大法和兼顾软、硬阈值优点的半软阈值函数相结合,进行静态图像和CCD视频图像去噪。
