Among them,5 cases with the opening of SMA within the false channel received visceral artery reconstruction through right or left iliac artery-SMA graft bypass for the prevention of intestinal ischemia before endovascular repair(EVR)of AD.

• 其中有5例SMA完全开口于假腔,为了预防腔内修复(endovascular repair,EVR)术后出现肠道缺血,先行髂动脉-SMA人工血管旁路术,再行腔内修复降主动脉夹层动脉瘤。
