Among 13 cases of fundal gastric cancers diagnosed by pneumobarium double contrast method, 8 cases were confirmed by pathology, 1 case was small gastric cancer.

• 胃肠气钡双重对比造影法初步诊断为胃底胃癌的13例中，行内镜取活检病理证实为胃底胃癌的8例（符合率为61.；5%25），其中早期胃底胃癌1例。
