All the animals were sacrificed on the 1st day after 4 weeks,and the contents of Zn,Cu,Fe,Mn,Pb in liver,brain,spleen and kidney were measured by Inductively Coupled Plasma(ICP) Emission Spectrometry.

• 4周后的第 1天 ,杀死所有动物 ,取出各组小鼠的肝、脑、脾、肾 ,用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法 (ICP)测定其中的Pb、Zn、Cu、Mn、Fe含量 ,并与正常对照组和Pb对照组进行比较。
